Our Programs

We offer a wide range of programs for children of all ages.

toddler
Full Day Toddler

Our full day toddler program begins at the end of June, a week after the public schools end. A toddler is eligible to start in our program during this time if they will be turning 2 years old by December 31st of that school year. Families may select a full week or a part week schedule with a minimum enrollment of two days a week. The hours of operation are 7:00am to 6:00pm. A schedule of activities to foster cognitive, physical, creative and social emotional growth is planned for each day. In addition, the schedule includes two snacks, lunch provided by the family and a rest period.


Full Day Preschool

Our full day preschool program begins at the end of June, a week after the public schools end. A preschooler is eligible to start in our program during this time once they are 3 years old. If they are born in September through December, child care licensing will allow them to begin no earlier than September. Our full day preschool classrooms are mixed age groups and they will stay in their classroom for 2 years. Families may select a full week or a part week schedule with a minimum enrollment of two days a week. The hours of operation are 7:00am to 6:00pm. A schedule of activities to foster cognitive, physical, creative and social emotional growth is planned for each day. In addition, the schedule includes two snacks, lunch provided by the family and a rest period.

Part Day Preschool

(Nursery School) Our part day preschool program is offered for children 3 through 5 years of age. Children in the program for 3 year olds attend Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Children in the program for 4 year olds attend Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The hours for Monday and Friday are 9:00am to 1:00pm and Wednesday is extended to 2:00pm. The daily schedule includes activities to foster cognitive, physical, creative, social emotional growth and a snack period. The 4 year old group also has a scheduled time for lunch which is provided by the family. This program follows the South Windsor Public School calendar.

Summer Camp Razz
Summer Camp

(Camp Razz) During the summer, Camp Razz is offered for children entering kindergarten and first grade. A variety of activities are planned to promote active participation in recreation, socialization and exploration of materials. Age appropriate field trips are planned to museums and local parks. Families may schedule a full week or a partial week as well as a regular day or extended hours. Attendance for a minimum of 3 weeks, not necessarily consecutively is required.
